Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dan's passion for tropical photography started at 16 after moving to Tampa, Florida. Using his Yashika FX-2 single-lens reflex camera, he recalls shooting a friend's Toyota Celica's tire tracks on desolate Sand Key. And then hurrying to the darkroom to see his earliest works come to life.
Dan's art exhibitions have spanned the southeastern US; collectors range from Seattle to Key West.
He and his wife Tracey are avid supporters of sea turtle conservation by contributing to the activities of the Sea Turtle Conservancy -- the oldest and most accomplished sea turtle research and conservation organization in the world. Other memberships include the Professional Photographers of America and Nature First: The Alliance for Responsible Nature Photography.

Tracey bases her selections on works that are the brightest and most inspiring. Her tropical art acumen is combined with participation in design workshops led by industry icons possessing decades of island and waterfront decorating successes for celebrities and leaders throughout the United States, and the world.
Recently, one of Tracey's large groupings was selected for display in the Sea Turtle Conservancy, the world's oldest sea turtle conservation organization in the world.
