Capture the spirit of sailing away over the Caribbean Sea on the tall ship Vela. This Impressionistic digital art print was created from a photograph of Vela sailing near the coast of Union Island navigating south towards the island of Grenada in the West Indies.
Vela translated from Spanish means “sail”. She was built in 1988 and is currently owned by Island Windjammers. She has a length of 156 ft. with a beam of 30 ft and a draft of 14 ft. Vela accommodates up to 26 guests with a crew of 10.
